Co-designed Training Programmes and Interactive Educational Materials
Within Work Package 3, the consortium co-designed two complementary training programmes aimed at strengthening the knowledge and skills of administrative staff and EU Grant Advisors in European research and education project management.

The training content focused on two main areas:
European Project Development through Peer-to-Peer Learning
This training focused on the preparation and design of European project proposals, promoting the exchange of knowledge, experience and good practices among administrative staff and EU Grant Advisors. It followed a Train-the-Trainers approach, encouraging participants to share their expertise within their institutions.
Train-the-TrainersSynergies and Complementarities between European Research and Education Programmes
This training explored the connections between Horizon Europe and Erasmus+, focusing on funding opportunities, project development and management, and the exchange of practices between the research and education fields.
Horizon Europe & Erasmus+Interactive Educational Materials
The conventional educational material used in Staff Weeks was transformed into Interactive Educational Material, based on the principles of Distance Education and Adult Education.
The educational resources were developed in English and translated into the six partner languages, resulting in a total of 36 interactive educational presentations.
The training materials provide practical knowledge and support peer learning, contributing to strengthening administrative capacities in European project management.
