EU-GaNoM Staff Training Week

EU-GaNoM Project – First Staff Training Week in Kalmar, Sweden!

From June 2 to 5, 2025, Linnaeus University (Sweden) hosted the first Staff Training Week of the EU-GaNoM Cooperation Partnership — a key step forward in enhancing administrative excellence across European higher education institutions.

The event brought together 25 participants, including management staff and researchers from six partner universities:

University of Nantes (France)

Linnaeus University (Sweden)

University of Murcia (Spain)

University of Tirana (Albania)

University of Crete (Greece)

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine)

Throughout its implementation, EU-GaNoM aims to train at least 70 administrative professionals from six different countries — strengthening transnational cooperation and improving the design and delivery of university staff training programmes.

Specific objectives of WP2 include:

Creating a comprehensive structure for training courses, integrating digital and onsite learning;

Defining formats and design templates to ensure programme coherence;

Supporting partners in developing their own staff training week schemes.

This first session marks an important milestone in building a collaborative, innovative, and sustainable approach to professional development in higher education.
