WP4 – Communication and Dissemination

Objective

Work Package 4 focused on ensuring the effective communication, visibility and dissemination of the EU-GaNoM project, its activities and results throughout its implementation.

The main objective was to promote the project among relevant target groups and stakeholders, raise awareness of its development and achievements, and encourage the uptake and use of its results within partner institutions and wider European networks.

WP4 also aimed to establish sustainable communication channels, strengthen connections between the project and its target audiences, and ensure the long-term visibility and exploitation of the project's results beyond its lifetime.

Main Activities

1. Communication and Dissemination Strategy

A communication and dissemination strategy was developed to guide the project's communication activities and ensure the effective promotion of its objectives, activities and results.

It also provided a framework for promoting the project's results and encouraging their further use within partner institutions and relevant European networks.

2. Development and Management of Communication Channels

Dedicated communication channels were established and maintained to ensure the accessibility of project information and the continuous dissemination of its activities and achievements. These included:

These channels supported continuous communication with stakeholders and contributed to increasing the project's visibility at institutional, national and European levels.

3. Development of the Project Visibility and Communication Toolbox

A communication and visibility toolbox was developed to ensure a consistent visual identity and support the promotion of EU-GaNoM activities and achievements.

These communication tools were made available to partners to support coordinated dissemination through their institutional platforms and communication channels.

4. Dissemination and Promotion of Project Results

Throughout the project, dissemination activities were implemented to share project developments, activities and outcomes with relevant target groups and stakeholders.

The partners contributed to promoting the project through their institutional websites, social media accounts and professional networks. Particular attention was given to promoting the Staff Training Weeks.

5. Final Dissemination Conference

6 October 2026 Nantes, France On site & online ErasmusDays

The final dissemination conference took place in Nantes, France, in October 2026, as part of the project's concluding activities and in connection with ErasmusDays.

The event brought together project partners and relevant stakeholders to present the project's achievements, share experiences and discuss the results and their potential for future use.

The conference provided an opportunity to showcase the outcomes of EU-GaNoM, highlight the contribution of the partner institutions and strengthen connections with the wider European higher education community, including representatives of the EUniWell European University Alliance.

The final conference was organised alongside the final consortium meeting and served as an important platform for disseminating the project's results and discussing their sustainability beyond the project period.

Impact and Contribution

WP4 played a central role in ensuring the visibility, recognition and dissemination of EU-GaNoM throughout its implementation.

Through coordinated communication activities, the work package strengthened the project's outreach and engagement with administrative staff, EU Grant Advisors, higher education institutions and relevant European networks.
