Project Objectives
What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?
EU-GaNoM aims to enhance the EU Education, Research, and Innovation communities by strengthening the capacities of
Higher Education Institutions in EU project management. It focuses on training grant advisors and administrative staff to improve skills and career development, enhance recognition of their role, and foster cooperation between education and
research sectors. It endeavours to improve HEIs’ ability to organise hybrid staff training courses, and promote transnational
networks.
What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?
The direct outcomes of EU-GaNoM will be the design of:
- a staff week course model, with hybrid methods.
- Sustainable training content for grant advisors and administrative staff on specific European project management topics and digitally accessible.
- an online repository and re-usable digital resources for easy access and sustainability of the project.
- in terms of training, at least 70 trained administrative staff from 6 different countries.
What activities are you going to implement?
EU-GaNoM will allow the development of 2 staff week courses for EU grant advisors and EU project managers through the
creation of a pedagogical content with hybrid methods and a phase of experimentation through training and peer-to-peer
activities carried out on mobility in 2 partners’ universities. Job-shadowing activities will enable staff mobility coordinators to
improve their organisation of staff week courses within their institution.
