EuGaNoM aims to enhance the EU Education, Research, and Innovation communities by strengthening the capacities of Higher Education Institutions in EU project management. It focuses on training grant advisors and administrative staff to improve skills and career development, enhance recognition of their role, and foster cooperation between education and research sectors. It endeavours to improve HEIs’ ability to organise hybrid staff training courses, and promote transnational networks.
